What this means for you
Our Advisers provide financial advice about Home Lending products. They only provide financial advice about products from certain product providers that are included in the approved panel of product providers.

A Financial Adviser will provide their Disclosure Guide to you when you engage them or you can request a copy from their Adviser Business at any time to see the list of product providers.
For mortgage advice, Tribe Financial Limited will receive commissions from the bank/lender.
If you decide to take out a loan, the bank/lender will pay a commission to Tribe Financial Limited as indicated below:
• The commissions for the bank lenders range between 0.55 - 0.85% of the value of the mortgage. The amount depends on which bank lender and what type of mortgage you choose.
The commissions for the non-bank lenders range between 0.60 - 1.00% of the value of the mortgage. The amount depends on which non-bank lender and what type of mortgage you choose.
• We may also receive an ongoing commission of between 0.15 - 0.20% of the remaining balance of your loan each year.
The amount depends on which bank/lender and what type of mortgage you choose.
A portion of the above commission is retained by Tribe Financial Limited.
In some instances We may charge a fee for the financial advice provided to you. Whether a fee will be charged and the manner in which it will be charged will be advised when the advice is provided to you. This fee is paid via the lender and payable when the loan is advanced.
Conflicts of Interest
If there are any conflicts of interest, apart from commission, that could potentially influence the financial advice given to you, these will be shown in your Financial Adviser’s Disclosure Guide.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about the service you’ve received from your Financial Adviser you need to tell them about it. Information about your Adviser's internal complaints service and their dispute resolution scheme can be found in their Disclosure Statement.
If you have a complaint that relates to Tribe Financial Ltd, or if you are unhappy with how a complaint against your Financial Adviser has been dealt with, you can contact Tribe Financial Limited's internal complaints service by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading "Complaint - (Your Name)."
Please set out the nature of your complaint, and the resolution you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge receipt of this within 24 hours. We will then record your complaint in our Complaints Register and investigate your complaint. We may want to meet with you to better understand your issues.
We will then investigate your complaint and provide a response to you within 7 working days of receiving your complaint. If we need more time to investigate your complaint, we’ll let you know.
If we cannot agree on a resolution you can refer your complaint to our external dispute resolution service. This service is independent and will cost you nothing and will assist us to resolve things with you.
